General Info
At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.
Come and see for yourself at your local Vets4Pets, why not take a practice tour?

My dog has just been in to be spayed by a locum vet at this practice, she did a lovely job and the next day my dog was back to her usual self, jumping on the sofa, eating and just all round fine. However when she went for her post-op check the resident vet said that she had something wrong with her, perhaps an infection but not of the op she had just had, probably caused by the pain killer she was having, she gave her a pain killer injection and changed her pain killer to a new one. However when I rang to speak to the vet as to why they wanted to see her the next day as her wound looks fine and she was eating and jumping around just the same as usual. She had no temperature which of course is the first sign of anything wrong, isn't it?? I also informed the vet that she had only had 1 day of the pain killer cause my son fed her the next day and wasn't sure how much to give her. I just feel that if my dog had seen the nurse that she would of just got a clean bill of health without any extra cost. they wanted 15.00 for the extra meds and it would of been another appointment the next day costing around 30.00. I had a dog that had a biopsy 3 weeks ago with and estimate cost of 150.00, however she said there might be some loose teeth (in spite of my dog having their teeth cleaned 11 months ago and having all necessary teeth removed) the cost was 248.00 and more teeth removed, plus I was rung up for a small lump to be removed from her eyelid. I just feel that its anyway to get extra money out of the customer. The locum vet never added any "extras" on the price she quoted 185.00 was the the price I paid 189.00. I'm afraid I have lost all faith and apart from my vacs4life that all my dogs are on, I think I will be using another vets from now on. I'm very disappointed as this this is not the first problem I have had with vets4pets. Read Less

Recently transferred to this practice due to one of my dogs having a chronic ear problem which simply wasn't getting better with treatment provided by another practice hence I sought a second opinion. The thoroughness, service and expertise were impressive to the extent my dog's ear is now almost clear. I've now transferred both my dogs to this practice and, having had a few check-up visits since, have to say that the level of service initially received is consistent across the board from receptionists to the vets themselves. Would recommend this practice which also has the advantage of parking right outside it door. Read Less

Seriously under-experienced at handling dogs of a larger variety. Very unprofessional, inexperienced staff. I recommend going to a 'proper' vet where you may pay more, but surely it's worth it for you... Read More
