1st appointed after registration with them as needed a repeat prescription for my dog which used to be filled by my previous vets in Petersfield. Was very impressed by one of the receptionist who was friendly and did her best to get me seen as had been waiting a while but am assuming she wasn’t the same one I spoke to on the phone a few hours after who was just down right rude. I called to check I had been charged correctly for prescription as when I checked it was about £20 more per month than I had been paying from other vets. I was told that it couldn’t be incorrect so I questioned how it could be 20.00 more as that is an unexpectedly mark up. Told would get call back, never did but will not be setting foot in there again as if they mark up on regular prescriptions I can only imagine what their other mark ups on other treatment is Read Less

We had our Luna rushed in on good Friday , we saw Kevin he was so lovely with her and explained and give us his time . We went back in Saturday morning for Luna to have an op Kevin was so lovely and put us at ease . He phoned us to keep us posted . She came home Saturday night . My family have used Cathcart and Winn for over 50 years and so it was the natural choice when I got my own cats. For the past 16 years they have displayed nothing but care, kindness and expertise in the care of my 3 beautiful cats - Pumpkin, Pickle and Casper. Each have now crossed to the Bridge - a variety of illnesses - but they lived long and happy lives - 14, 15 and 16 respectively. When the sadness of loosing my Casper just last Friday has passed and I'm ready to adopt more, I will have no hesitation in using them again. Absolutely awful service. My kitten had gone missing and I did the frantic call round to see if anyone had brought him in, I was told no. The only cat they had couldn't be him. So got my hopes up again he might come home. Nothing all weekend and the people that took the cat there told me that it was my kitten. So on monday after calling back several times, someone rang me back to inform me they had labelled the cat wrong and it was in fact my kitten! But they had already sent his body off. He was killed Friday afternoon and gone by Friday evening. I was then told they had asked for him back but he wouldn't be here until Friday. .so Friday is here I've rang to make sure he's back as we've prepared to bury him, and also arrange our 3 year old to be cared for whilst we do it. To be told no it won't be until Saturday morning as they don't receive him until very late that night. I have never in my life experienced such shocking uncaring unprofessional service! I know it's just a cat but still I've psyched myself up for today! . Never will I use this branch of vets and I'll inform all family and friends how awful it is!Read Less

Hands down the best vets I have ever been to. From chronic illnesses to emergency rush ins, they dealt with everything my cats threw at them over 6 awful months in 2015. I'm absolutely convinced that without their care and dedication I'd only have one of my four cats left now. Read Less

This vets is brilliant. From a recent trauma we had brilliant service, From the minute I called in to the collection of my dog. My dog is quite nervous and they made him Priority on the list for surgery. As soon as they finished he was allowed home. I recommended this vets to everyone. Read Less
