Andover Vets4Pets

Andover, Hampshire
General Info
At Vets4Pets we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Vets4Pets practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.
Come and see for yourself at your local Vets4Pets, why not take a practice tour?

Front of house staff are cold, rude and unwelcoming. I have already raised my complaint directly with them and have had a very poorly put together response. Medication prescribed has always just been put in a small plastic bag with no warning from the vet of side effects or fact sheets to take away. No options given for treatment just told what is best for your pet. No affection towards pets in general. I have left this practice and have gone to a much more welcoming, family run practice that really care for all animals. If you want the best care for your staff and someone who handles insurance paperwork and customer service with the utmost professionalism, then avoid this practice completely. Read Less

We switched to Vets4Pets Andover from another practice and am so pleased we did. They are a small practice and as such there is a more personal feel about them. We recently lost our cat due to illness and the vet Amy was superb in dealing with the whole situation. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. To date I have found nothing to fault them on and would absolutely recommend this practice to friends and family without hesitation Read Less
