Can't praise the staff enough. Extremely kind, caring and very friendly. They genuinely care about the animals. We've been seeing them for almost 20 years now and have only ever had good experiences....

Recently had to say goodbye to my 2 Siamese girls. Very sad. Staff were amazing, kind and professional. Thank you for 18 years of excellent service.

Fantastic service - personal, quick and efficient. Lady at reception desk greeted my pet and made a fuss of her and went out of her way to do this. Everyone very helpful and friendly.

Always gave of their best to all four cats that I brought to England from South Africa. Sadly one by one they have had to euthanise each as they developed health problems, but always with great respec...
Always gave of their best to all four cats that I brought to England from South Africa. Sadly one by one they have had to euthanise each as they developed health problems, but always with great respect & understanding. They have even sent me sympathy cards each time. Amazing vets. We take two rabbits here for treatment and the staff are always friendly and very professional. You're treated like VIP's and there is no question they can't answer. Highly recommend.
