We are so glad we registered are three cats at your church crookham branch. Everyone we see is so friendly. Our 5 month old kittens had their operations done this week by Louise and can't thank her enough. I can not thank the staff at the Basingstoke branch enough for the excellent care given to my young dog Hugo. Hugo has been in and out of the Vets for loads of different things since we got him. Had a lovely visit tonight, welcomed by Natalie. Our fur babies normally see Gus for continuity, but Natalie was wonderful with 3 of our 4 cats. They were there for boosters and annual check ups. One, Basil, is 14 and such a laid back boy, the other two we took in are youngsters there for their first booster. Natalie gave them plenty of time to have a look round so it wasn't such a scary place for the future, she gave us advice on feeding and nutrition as well which is something I've been swinging one way and another about and wanted to be sure my furry babies get the best possible for a long and healthy life. Amazing experience, we rush our boy in on a Sunday as he had drank bleach.. vets and staff were completely on the ball and handled him amazing. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had at a vets and so glad ur open Sunday’s otherwise would be over a half hour trip to Winchester. Read Less

We registered our rescue cat with the Church Crookham branch and I couldn't recommend them more. Recently our partially sighted cat changed behaviour overnight and they fitted us in quickly and treated her so kindly when she had to go in for blood tests and blood pressure monitoring. Her carrier was put in with her so she had somewhere familiar to go, and I didn't even have to ask for that to happen. They even put up with her worried mumma (me!)! I naturally had all the panics surrounding what is a brand new venture for me and it was so reassuring speaking with everyone there to get advice on my Chinchillas and their ongoing well-being. Absolutely fantastic vet for small animals. It can be hard to find a vet which actually knows what they're doing with animals other than cats or dogs; but after having to take in a friend's rat while petsitting we decided to make this our vet for our hamster and rabbits. We haven't regretted that decision once. We have a "regular" vet who established quite the bond with our elderly rabbit; but another vet we saw, as well as the reception staff, were extremely compassionate when we had to say goodbye to him. Everyone we dealt with has been friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. Definitely the vet I would recommend for those with small animals. Read Less

Having had a bad experience with a couple of different Veterinary Practices over the years, I was reluctant to entrust anyone else with the health and fitness of my 2 dogs. OK, they are both getting on in age, but not loved any the less.
