Really very disappointed with this vets, no wrap around care, when our cat got injured they could not do the surgery or provide overnight care. The new vets then disagreed with what Downland’s said. A...
Really very disappointed with this vets, no wrap around care, when our cat got injured they could not do the surgery or provide overnight care. The new vets then disagreed with what Downland’s said. Also charged us for things outside of our insurance without telling us. When appealed our letters were ignore and we were threatened with deft collectors. Now settled but let’s more to another vet who can give a proper service. Very disappointed with them as we were loyal customers for a long time before. There lack of service made a very upsetting and stressful incident significantly worse (not the vets we dealt with but the back office and organisation side of the business)

Today I found my little visiting Hedgehog, who I have been feeding for sometime now badly injured in the garden, thankfully you are just nearby. It seems he was attacked by some other animal. The veterinary nurse who was caring for him kept in touch, sadly he could not be saved.
I would just like to than her and Downland Veterinary practice for all their effort and kindness in the hope of saving my hedgehog. I do appreciate your help. Sally

The staff at both Chichester and Bognor are very attentive. Our cat was taken there following an RTA and even though we weren't registered with them at the time, the care they gave him was exemplary....
The staff at both Chichester and Bognor are very attentive. Our cat was taken there following an RTA and even though we weren't registered with them at the time, the care they gave him was exemplary.
We are now registered with them and highly recommend these guys!

Been going to Downland vets now for 15-20yrs excellent service from staff, nurses and veterinarians, especially Andrew and Lisa. Reception always very helpful and a smile when sadness is involved. Had our little girl Pepsi put to sleep and the vet she spent over an hour with us - fantastic, but very sad.

Today I found my little visiting Hedgehog, who I have been feeding for sometime now badly injured in the garden, thankfully you are just nearby. It seems he was attacked by some other animal. The veterinary nurse who was caring for him kept in touch, sadly he could not be saved.
