Really very disappointed with this vets, no wrap around care, when our cat got injured they could not do the surgery or provide overnight care. The new vets then disagreed with what Downland’s said. Also charged us for things outside of our insurance without telling us. When appealed our letters were ignore and we were threatened with deft collectors. Now settled but let’s more to another vet who can give a proper service. Very disappointed with them as we were loyal customers for a long time before. There lack of service made a very upsetting and stressful incident significantly worse (not the vets we dealt with but the back office and organisation side of the business) Read Less
