I have never visited this vet before because I do not live in the area. However when visiting relatives in Fareham my dog became unwell. I looked on Google for a local vet and chose Fareham Creek Vets because of the good reviews. Unfortunately my dog was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and the advice given was to have her put to sleep immediately. This came as an awful shock to me and my husband but Becky, the vet, handled the whole situation with kindness and compassion as well as being completely professional. We have now received a lovely card, with an imprint of our dog's nose, paws and a lock of hair. I do not think we could have received better or more caring service anywhere else. Thank you

Quite simply the best vets in the area. They have been treating my family cats for as long as I remember.
My parented and I recently moved to gosport and switched vets, but swiftly changed back as their service here is just outstanding.
We unfortunately had to have our kitten put to sleep which was a really tough decision but Peter was so brilliant and put up with all my questioning. He also sent us a hand written card with Echos paw prints which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This vet was really great, my dog was having seizures and our previous vet gave us a false diagnosis which we were not happy with. We came here and saw Peter, he was excellent. He had never met our dog before but instantly knew there was something wrong with our boy. He got us an emergency MRI scan 3 hours later. I would highly recommend this surgery, they are professional, kind, caring and put your pets needs first.

I cannot rate this practice highly enough. From the moment you walk into the door you know your pet is in safe hands from the caring receptionists to the remarkable vets. Dave our cat was looked after so well after he had pneumonia and made a full recovery and Holly our dog who has just been spayed and lumps removed is making a wonderful recovery all under Fareham Creeks watchful eye. I have never visited this vet before because I do not live in the area. However when visiting relatives in Fareham my dog became unwell. I looked on Google for a local vet and chose Fareham Creek Vets because of the good reviews. Unfortunately my dog was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and the advice given was to have her put to sleep immediately. This came as an awful shock to me and my husband but Becky, the vet, handled the whole situation with kindness and compassion as well as being completely professional. We have now received a lovely card, with an imprint of our dog's nose, paws and a lock of hair. I do not think we could have received better or more caring service anywhere else. Thank you

Quite simply the best vets in the area. They have been treating my family cats for as long as I remember.
My parented and I recently moved to gosport and switched vets, but swiftly changed back as their service here is just outstanding.
We unfortunately had to have our kitten put to sleep which was a really tough decision but Peter was so brilliant and put up with all my questioning. He also sent us a hand written card with Echos paw prints which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
