I feel compelled to write a review here. It is with sad news that my aged dog had to be put to sleep. The guys here made sure there was minimal customers around, there was no rush and no urgency around the procedure. I am sorry that my experience was through sad times but cannot thank the vet, nurses and staff here enough for their professionalism and friendlyness throughout the sad process. We've been with Ashworths for some time now with our rabbits, and i have only praise and great things to say about them. The vets and staff are always really friendly and likable and they genuinely get how much pets mean to us, certainly from our experience, and they take as much time as needed to explain things to you and you never feel like your being edged out of the door, if only MY OWN doctors was like that.. and they have always seen us with little to no notice on those rare emergency occasions. Cannot rate Ashworth Vets highly enough. They're compassionate and put animals first. They're flexible, always manage to fit us in quickly and I trust their judgement. I've moved house several times and tried other vets for convenience and I didn't feel I could trust them, plus the constant up-selling of yearly jabs was so annoying. I go well out of my way to stick with Ashworth now. Our vet is Phillip but the whole team are lovely. Read Less
