We are visiting the New Forest & our dog got bitten by a tick and seemed to be becoming unwell. Despite us not being clients, & them having no appointments available, a very kind vet agreed to have a look at him and removed the tick. I would say they went well above & beyond and seemed a lovely kind group of people. Lyndhurst is lucky to have such a good local vet.

Best vets I have ever been to, and I’ve been to many over the years. Fabulous caring staff - attentive knowledgeable and genuine. I would recommend to anyone.
I was away from home on holiday and had to take my dog in to the practice. In future I would certainly travel the 100 miles to use this vets if my dog ever has a serious issue in the future. - far superior to my local vet, and no hidden extras or overpricing. If only more vets were like this one!

New visit old building warm atmosphere & friendly staff .calm staff helpfull as it can be the last place pet's want to go.quick efficient and vets and treat after treatment helps .
