I moved house some time ago and wanted to change vets because I was not listened to when I brought my 13 year old springer to them with weight gain and lethargy. At the first appointment, they immediately decided to take her bloods and check for an underactive thyroid. Within days she was diagnosed and placed on medication which has been life changing for both her and me!
In addition to their amazing support with my dog Poppy, I cannot put into words our appreciation for when my partner had to bring in his boxer dog Bob this last week as he was very poorly. Their compassion and understanding was amazing. Unfortunately he had to be put to sleep but we cannot describe how their support was immensely appreciated during this difficult time. Thank you Archway, you are beyond amazing and I am so pleased that I moved to Petersfield and put my precious girl into your care.

These guys are absolutely brilliant. The resident eye specialist Kim is 2nd to none. Very caring and always has the patients best interest in mind. I can't recommend him highly enough.

My two bunnies have been registered with archway since September 2016 and all the staff at the practice have been lovely. I haven't had rabbits before so had a lot to learn and in the past month have had to have them both spayed. Rachel, Hannah and Sophie were all so helpful and encouraging and the nursing staff are very knowledgeable and everyone made me feel at home and assured that my bunnies were in good hands! :)

Everyone is so friendly, from the girls on reception to the vets. All the Greyhounds from the Kennel I work at love coming in as they always get fussed. Sophie, Kim & Marc when he was there are always explaining what is wrong & talk to you about the best course of treatment needed. Would highly recommend Archway to anyone in the Petersfield area.

Always make us feel like part of the family. Everyone is very patient and lovely with my older dog who is afraid of visits after two operations. My puppy seems to love the place and doesn't mind his jabs either. I wouldn't go anywhere else and have stayed at this surgery even after moving further away, we don't mind an extra 10 min drive as we know we will get a great, reliable and trustworthy service.

We had an emergency yesterday when our lovely Vizsla started to worry her eye. Marc was able to see her at very short notice and quickly diagnosed a puncture to her eye. We are so lucky to have the expert Opthalmic skills of Kim who came in on a day off to operate straight away and, although it is early days, has saved her eye. Amanda the vet nurse had a long night nursing the patient as she had problems settling but we are delighted to have her at home already. Can't thank the wonderful team at Archway enough. We are so lucky to have such skillful and devoted carers so near to us.

We have used archway since they opened (i knew the owner) but they are a fantastic team even now that Michael has hung up his stethoscope the team continue his good work and tlc. Over the years they have pulled out all the stops to ensure our pets have received the best treatment and tlc when needed. We travel from horndean to Petersfield because of the care we get there. I moved house some time ago and wanted to change vets because I was not listened to when I brought my 13 year old springer to them with weight gain and lethargy. At the first appointment, they immediately decided to take her bloods and check for an underactive thyroid. Within days she was diagnosed and placed on medication which has been life changing for both her and me!

Always make us feel like part of the family. Everyone is very patient and lovely with my older dog who is afraid of visits after two operations. My puppy seems to love the place and doesn't mind his jabs either. We had an emergency yesterday when our lovely Vizsla started to worry her eye. Marc was able to see her at very short notice and quickly diagnosed a puncture to her eye. We are so lucky to have the expert Opthalmic skills of Kim who came in on a day off to operate straight away and, although it is early days, has saved her eye. Amanda the vet nurse had a long night nursing the patient as she had problems settling but we are delighted to have her at home already. Can't thank the wonderful team at Archway enough. We have used archway since they opened (i knew the owner) but they are a fantastic team even now that Michael has hung up his stethoscope the team continue his good work and tlc. Over the years they have pulled out all the stops to ensure our pets have received the best treatment and tlc when needed. We travel from horndean to Petersfield because of the care we get there.
