Always very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy to access at any time, for emergancies or planned.
The premises are very clean and the appointments very well organized: No waiting with alot of other animals and never felt rushed during my appointments.
We have a german shepherd and are very pleased with this vet!

When Stella had a cruciate ligament operation last year they couldn't do enough for us. From the phone call telling me all about the operation, to contacting the insurance company who at first refused...
When Stella had a cruciate ligament operation last year they couldn't do enough for us. From the phone call telling me all about the operation, to contacting the insurance company who at first refused to agree to pay for the operation. Every time we visit she is fussed over and spoilt. Brilliant staff and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A very friendly and professional practice. I have always had complete confidence in the care given to my cats and have never doubted the advice given as being what is best for the animal. When Erin was shot last year she received the best care I could of hoped for and I was given clear, honest advice about her treatment every step of the way, RIP Erin.

All the staff at Ringwood Vets are ALWAYS friendly and inviting. We currently have nine animals of three different species and the staff always treat each pet as an individual. One of our dogs has nev...
All the staff at Ringwood Vets are ALWAYS friendly and inviting. We currently have nine animals of three different species and the staff always treat each pet as an individual. One of our dogs has never been crate trained and she can be a bit of a nervous nelly. So when she went down for her teeth to be cleaned the vets were able to help us suit her needs which involved no crates. She's still pulling us into the vets with a very waggy tail every time we pass so she can't have been that concerned about that experience ;)
I really would recommend this vets, their help and support has got us through the good times but also the really difficult times when we have had to say goodbye to a beloved pet.

We can't recommend this vet practice highly enough. We had a very poorly Dog and all the staff here provided her with first-class care and attention, she is normally nervous but loves coming here for the famous liver cake and cuddles. Thank you so much!

When Stella had a cruciate ligament operation last year they couldn't do enough for us. From the phone call telling me all about the operation, to contacting the insurance company who at first refused to agree to pay for the operation. Every time we visit she is fussed over and spoilt. Brilliant staff and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A very friendly and professional practice. I have always had complete confidence in the care given to my cats and have never doubted the advice given as being what is best for the animal. All the staff at Ringwood Vets are ALWAYS friendly and inviting. We currently have nine animals of three different species and the staff always treat each pet as an individual.
