I have spoken to our client account administrator, who has advised me she has spoken to you and has hopefully resolved your issues regarding the bill.
Unfortunately regarding the follow-up consultations, these are only included in our fixed price procedures. We have increased our number of fixed price procedures substantially, but unfortunately some procedures are so varying that is very difficult to provide one set fee and remain fair to all clients.
