I found them great - after my Lab swallowed a fishing hook that stuck thro his cheek. They stayed open as I only just made it in time, cut the hook out, stitched him up & charged me £45. Job done. Ray

My dog needed to go on Hypoallergenic food. Pet Doctors - Lake (who are very expensive for everything) charged 51.00 for a 7kg bag of ROYAL CANIN Hypoallergenic food that is 23.78 at Zoofast for exactly the same bag! Their 14kg bag is still 13 less than their 7kg bag!!! This is a mistake I will only make ONCE! I am all for a free market - but there is mark up and there is rip off.
