Unicorn Vets have been in existence for 18 years although was previously known by its three separate surgeries of Park, Fairfield and Ashurst. Our vets are friendly and highly experienced, with an excellent support team of nurses and receptionist all of whom are dedicated and committed to providing a high-quality service. Our aim is to ensure that all our clients leave our surgeries feeling that both they and their pets have the best possible care and attentiion.

We would most definitely recommend unicorn vets at Ashurst the staff are always so helpful and professional and Zoe is wonderful and sorted our little dog Jesse for 13 years and still in good health. ...

It’s always an anxious time when you have to take your pet to the vet even if - as in this case it’s just for vaccinations
They appeared unhurried and spent whatever time was neede

Extended opening times are really helpful too!

I have been taking my four legged family to Unicorn in Burgess Road for almost 20 years. The staff are kind and caring and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. Big shout out to Cathy, who despite being so busy always has time for a chat and a treat for the dogs, and such compassion when the sadly inevitable time comes to say goodbye. And even my grumpiest / most nervous of dogs try and behave when they see Kevin.

The practice in fair oak has one of the most amazing vets I have ever met. Her name is Heidi and she truly is one in a million! The love and care she provided for our babies (dogs) Benson and Ella throughout their lives was above and beyond. Benson became to know her as a great friend and loved his checkups with Heidi. Sadly Benson and Ella were both put to sleep this year at home and it was Heidi who came to shake Bensons paw as we said goodbye. We will be forever grateful to her for everything she did for our family xx
