Grove vets Owner gregg is a caring professional vet But lately his customer facing staff and some nurses lack compassion My dearest jrt was euthanized in Feb by a locomn vet who was quite cold towards myself .she left my husband and alone with my dog .she promised to come back She didn't she went to another consulting room to attend to another dog n client I was extremely upset By this time it was 6.30pm The surgery seemed empty I was so hurt and regretted using this business Greg the owner was out of the country at the time . The locmn vet and the one receptionist Standing behind the reception desk Just stared at my husband and I I went to pay her with my debit card . And she refused to take it She didn't offer a smile or a kind word At this very sad upsetting time for both my husband and myself She just glared at me .and said just leave I don't want any one else to experience the pain and hurt they caused me They don't answer their phones And one particular receptionist was downright rude . My little dog was my beloved companion for 18 yrs . She and I deserved better . Lastly . When we left the surgery Our little dog was left lying on the vets table alone . I asked the receptionist Are you going to leave my dog there all night . Read Less
