Fareham Park Gate Companion Care

Titchfield, Hampshire
General Info
At Companion Care we know your pet is a much loved part of the family and you want them to enjoy a long, healthy life. This is why our veterinary teams, made up of animal loving experts, firmly believe in providing the highest level of care and treating every pet they see like they would their own.
Every Companion Care practice is equipped with the latest in technology, which means we can offer your pets the personalised care they need. Our practices are also designed to make your pet’s time with us as comfortable as possible; just like kids don’t always like going to the dentist, we know pets don’t always like going to the vets! Our waiting areas are light and spacious (and with floors that can cope with little accidents) and we also have separate dog and cat wards so your pet can recuperate more comfortably after any treatment.
Our vets will explain all clinical terms so you fully understand what is happening to your pet and you are fully involved in their treatment plan. This also includes being completely transparent in our pricing, so you can make an informed choice on the treatment that you want your pet to receive.
Come and see for yourself at your local Companion Care, why not take a practice tour?

Large corporate veteninary practice that provide generally a reasonable service. However, you rarely see the same vet so they don't know the pet. On the one occasion I needed prompt action to provide help on a suspected poisoning and they failed to react in an urgent manner. My pet was delayed in seeing the vet for a further 35 minutes. This could have been critical in the outcome. When seen the vet took blood but inflicted considerable damage to the neck of the pet and this has caused her to be very anxious so that on the revisit 3 days later she would not allow the vet access to her. I have subsequently moved my business to another practice who are far more personable. When I notified Companion care of my intentions they never even enquired why I was moving? This basically sums them up! Shame because I received good service from one of the vets but less so from others.Read Less

Our cat had an infection that eventually led to him having to be put down. Throughout the process, the staff were kind, supportive and understanding of our attachment to our much-loved pet.
