Our French Bulldog had BOAS surgery here back in February. On arrival I had by mistake picked up the wrong insurance documents, the lady on reception was the rudest person I have ever come into contact with. I was of course feeling extremely anxious and worried about my dogs surgery and her attitude towards me made me feel like a worthless piece of crap (to be bluntly honest). She rolled her eyes at me, had no patience and was quite frankly a snotty cow. This is not service you would expect from a specialist vet when I am spending thousands of pounds with you! When we had finished I apologised for the mishap and she simply ignored me and walked away. I understand this may have been frustrating for her but mistakes happen and she is paid to be the first port of call for customers, this was not acceptable.
I also think its disgusting that since the surgery there's been no follow up call from Anderson Moore's to see how our dog is doing and as if spending nearly £4000 on the surgery with them is bad enough, they expect a further £80 to just see my dog for a check up. Absolutely not.
Don't bother spending your money here, I've heard so many other places are a lot cheaper and I'm sure the customer service is better.

Specialist referrals vet. Very efficient and thorough. As a referrals vet they are expensive but the level of care and expertise of the vets and their staff reflects this.

I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. ALL the staff are so friendly and helpful. I knew my dog was treated as a VIP.
I cannot fault any part of the service. 5* for before, during and after cate.

Excellent treatment and customer setvice from all the staff. Our very poorly cat has been returned to near perfect health despite contracting a new life changing condition which will be with him for the rest of his days. Costly but that's the joy of pets thank goodness for insurance.

My uncle has a Labrador that has been having problems limping so he took him down to AndrsonMoores in Winchester. They examined his leg and had made the decision to carry out an arthroscopy. The dog was discharged on 08/02/2017. He has now come back whimpering in pain and limping worse then he was when they saw him. This is him now after talking to them several times and taken him back 3 times they have just dosed him up with pain killers once that wears off he's back to this I know this dog and he's not a wimp by any means and I want to put up out there how disgusted I am with the after care provided to this dog.

At first i was very nervous and didnt know what to expect. The reception lady was very polite on arrival. The vet explained the proceedure and was very clear about what the operation entailed. I had a phone call to say my dog was ok and the op went well. I pick her up tomorrow 16.2.17 cant wait to see her. I am so thankful to the vet and the other people who done her op. Also the kennel staff. A big thank you to all.

Anderson Moores were brilliant with my little westie who was suffering seizures and everything indicated a tumour, however during the ECG prior to an MRI it was discovered my little girl had a heart problem which resulted in a pacemaker. Since the operation October 2016 she has gone from strength to strength and now a happy, healthy little girl once more. My experience of the vets is only exceptional, brilliant service. Michelle

This highly specialised Veterinary Practice looked after my little Chihuahua for two weeks and tried everything to save her, the only reason I have given a 4* rating is because just hours after bringing Kelsey home i knew I had to let her go and put her out of her misery. If they had been more brutally honest with me i would have let her go days before and although I knew she was very ill, the impression I had was that her behaviour was normal, but the minute I got home and put her down to walk it was blindingly obvious that she was totally destroyed by her illness and I wish they had not prolonged her treatment as I truly think she suffered and that they should have been more transparent with me.

On arrival I had by mistake picked up the wrong insurance documents, the lady on reception was the rudest person I have ever come into contact with. Anderson Moores were brilliant with my little westie who was suffering seizures and everything indicated a tumour, however during the ECG prior to an MRI it was discovered my little girl had a heart problem which resulted in a pacemaker.
