We got down to our caravan we have here and of all times, our poor Ziggy (Cavalier King Charles) fell ill with bloody diarrhea and was pretty unwell. So it was just before 4PM, we rang these guys to book an emergency appointment and they asked us all the right questions and if he had any previous medical problems, when we mentioned Cyrinx Malformation and Syringomyellia (hes severely affected), they were right on it! They rang our vets we are with now to ask about his condition and they had all the information on file and within an hour we were down there with a lovely and professional vet. She assessed him and said it could have been to do with the steroids hes on but it could also be some gastric irritation due to a bug or something. She also took to note his neurological condition and was asking how things were going with that which was wonderful to see as most vets are ignorant towards the condition. So we were given antibiotics and some probiotics and she said if there were any issues to contact them straight away. We gave him the medication advised and it started to clean up hours later! Terrific service, nicely kept place, what more can I say? Great vet surgery. Read Less
