We have a pedigree British shorthair kitten called Bradley. 7 months old.
He has been registered with Belmont Vets since we've had him and have had great support from them.

We have a pedigree British shorthair kitten called Bradley. 7 months old.
He has been registered with Belmont Vets since we've had him and have had great support from them.
Over the Christmas period Bradley became quite poorly and was seen by the vet who gave such great advice that he is in the best health since he's been with us.
So to date we can not praise them enough. The staff are very professional with great humour ... Just lovely. Many thanks x

Absolutely diabolical customer service on reception. The snobby female receptionist made me feel like a real second class citizen when I queried a price with her and explained that I could not afford ...
Absolutely diabolical customer service on reception. The snobby female receptionist made me feel like a real second class citizen when I queried a price with her and explained that I could not afford it so wouldn’t go forward with the treatment. Told me I should “go elsewhere if I could even afford to pay the bill at a new vets”. I became very upset and she did not even batter an eyelid. Will definitely not be returning or recommending.

Thank you all for being so amazing today with my very special boy, Zack. He is now sleeping off his anaesthetic and seems comfortable at home. A special thank you has to go to Sandra (Vet Nurse Extraordinaire!) and the fantastic 'operating' team, who went out of their way to get Zack into theatre ASAP, to limit his stress and anxiety levels and indeed to alleviate the pain he was evidently in. Sandra has worked with Zack before to try to help him get over his 'vets' fear and it was wonderful that she was there today for him. I understand that she even gave up her lunchtime to be with him I would highly recommend your Practice and indeed the entire Vet Team (including the fab Receptionists!) to anyone! Thank you so much again from Minnie, Charlie and me, for looking after our gorgeous boy like he was one of your own. You went above and beyond today, as always.

The best thing I did was get my dog neutered and I was over the moon with Belmont vets! They loved my little sid and looked after him so well and they was 100% on sid recovery. All members of staff are lovely and bubbly. Highly recommend! !!! :)
