Our team cares for pets, farm animals and horses throughout Herefordshire and Powys. We provide a 24 hour service for emergency cases and our regular hours offer appointments Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings.

My beloved borzoi suffered a life-threatening condition on Friday evening, it truly was a medical emergency, and there cannot be any doubt that the vets and staff at Hay Vets saved his life. The care that he was given was absolutely outstanding, and everyone was also exceptionally kind to his distressed owner. Absolutely first-class teamwork.

Hay vets handled a difficult situation with great sensitivity and professionalism. Hannah showed us why her colleagues are so competent and caring; she sets a very good example and their level of commitment has to be praised for their efforts to save our valued and much missed little dog,who gave the family over 11 years of her love.
