I cannot speak for any other vet or the staff at Marches Vets but I can give you a honest experience I had with Angie Moran RVN. Angie works jointly with Marches & Holmer Vets Hereford who due to their neglect and dishonesty my dog Billy died in pain & alone. Since that time Angie has colluded with Phil Adams MRCVS to deny my dog justice with the Royal College Of Veterinary Surgeons, she has lied and chosen a dangerous vet over truth & the right decent thing to do. I won't go into the details of my case as it is too long for here but anybody wishing to see the facts can google Holmer Vets Hereford and I have a blog that details the events of my dogs death and Angie's part in the cover up. I made a complaint to RCVS about how Phil Adams killed my dog through negligence & I was relying on Angie to tell the truth about the events of the morning when I picked up my dogs body but she has chosen to lie and cover up the circumstances behind my dogs death. As a professional person I expected her to put truth & decency ahead of herself but she chose to cover for Phil Adams who is a danger to animals and as such she cannot be counted on to tell the truth so she too is a danger to anybody who might need her assistance in the future. Please do your research on this nurse & her other employer Holmer Vets before using them, I wish someone had warned me like I am trying to do here. Due to Angie not telling the truth the RCVS investigation could not establish all the true facts about the events of my dogs death and consequently Phil Adams is still free to hurt other animals and lie. Phil has been given "advice" from RCVS and it stays on his record for 5yrs & the case is open for 2yrs but Angie has not been made accountable for standing in the way of justice. I write this review so that people can be aware that not all people in the Veterinary profession are good honest people. I hope Angie's conscience will one day make her see that what she has done is very wrong. Read Less

I will never use this vets again they never gave us the info we needed to get our baby dog a crematoion of his own we found out today they had put him in with other dogs knowing we didn't want that and was prepared to punter extra I have a very upset husband now cause we Carnt scatter his baby's ashes Read Less

The staff are always great with me and my horses! I had john Horlocks when he was their now I request michael devoy every time! He has done a major op on one pony for me and now I have a pony ill and he's been treating him and he's going on holiday next week and still wants me to contact him direct if my pony deteriorates! We recently lost our cat after he drank antifreeze. The care and attention he was shown by Vets Nick and Adrian was superb. They were absolutely fantastic with him and amazing with us. They let me down badly on my beloved charity. She suffered in agony while being put to sleep. Even though i begged them to put needle in neck first.this was a few years ago, never forget the scream of pain as she was being put to sleep. All because it was a" sunday" i still cry now, my poor girl. Dissapounting, i cant get rid of the one star, they dont deserve that. Shame i didnt have John horlock. Hes brilliant.
