Apologies, but I have to leave a very negative review. I had my mature, large cat given his six-monthly Program flea jab so that I could put him in the cattery whilst we will be away on holiday. The lady vet was very professional. However, I was charged £102. Outrageous price. No time to haggle, so I phoned back later to query this ridiculous price - the other vet in town charges £68. Vet phoned back the next day, apologised, and agreed that I had been overcharged by £20. I asked if I hadn’t called and complained would their system have noticed that I had been overcharged? No answer. Why was the price that they should have charged nearly 20% more than their competitor? Waffle answer. Six years ago the same jab was £30. Expensive and ripping off their clients.

Chaseview looked after my old arthritic dog until the very end. He used to love going there because of the fuss and loads of delicious little treats he got. The laser therapy was a favourite treatment of his. At the end they were so compassionate and explained the situation fully and completely. They were also very good value.
I will definitely register my new puppy with them when I get him.

Definetely five star. We were on holiday, Rosie our Yorkshire terrier Jack Russell cross was taken ill. On contacting the Vet, we were seen very quickly. Anna Martin the Vet was very kind, and after a short stay to check Rosie out, we were able to collect her later in the day, with the appropriate medicine. The Vets also coped with the insurance claim. Thankyou very much.
