Terrible service! Completely butchered my cat who went in for a routine spay. The vet who was booked to carry out the procedure was not available which they failed to tell me until I got there. I never got to meet the vet but spoke to her when she called me up giggling and told me they had complications and had ended up with a "huge hole" requiring the cat to stay in (free of charge) over night for observation! given this information I immediately requested that they cancel my other cat who was due to have the same surgery any moment but was told it was too late as she had already been anaesthetised, about 15 minutes later they called back to ask why I didn't want them to carry out the procedure! After pointing out the obvious they were extremely patronising, telling me it would be less stressful for me to get it over with now! They didn't charge me for the cats over night stay but they did charge me for everything else including the pain killers my cat required as a direct result of their incompetence, the only attempt at an explanation was in front of a waiting room full of people where they tried to blame it on my cats age (4!) and having had kittens (2). Given the complications they booked a follow up appointment at my local surgery 48hours later (Friday) to ensure there were no signs of infection but on Friday afternoon they sent me a Text message to cancel the appointment as they were busy!!! and they don't open again till Monday!
Despite no longer being my vet they yet again managed to demonstrate their utter incompetence when they sent me a reminder letter to have my cat vaccinated, as if I didn't have it done by 16/10 (Sunday) I would have to start the whole course again. The letter was dated 14/10 and received 15/10 (Saturday)
