Been attending this vet for 30 years, it was taken over a couple of years ago. Unfortunately I've found the new owners are absolutely terrible, dont seem to care and are just about money!!

Been attending this vet for 30 years, it was taken over a couple of years ago. Unfortunately I've found the new owners are absolutely terrible, dont seem to care and are just about money!!
Any users of this vet check your pricing. I have just paid over double for a simple urine test than any other local vet in the area. Something I can't afford at the moment and stress I don't need with a sick pet.
When asked for a refund 30 mins later it was refused, when quoting my consumer rights i was asked to leave with threats to call the police if i didn't. Terrible customer service, a simple refund would have been so easy. Such a shame this place has gone down hill so fast and is so money grabbing.
I'm so upset with this place. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - if you insist on using tham PRICE CHECK!! Extremely disappointed customer

No matter what the occasion your beloved pets are definitely in good hands. There are plenty of vets to chose from in the Berkshamsted, Chesham, Amersham area and these are by far the best and when talking to others, are always top of the recommendation list
