Our visit to Vets4Pets in Biggleswade was totally ruined by the reception staff. Woman at reception tried to sell us a pets plan for four of our pets. After we refused as it wasn't really worth doing after calculating what we spend on our pets she turned into someone very very rude. Snappy answers to our questions... She even told us "Make sure you dog dont get near other dogs as she is not covered......" Well that was after we visited vet who found our dog in great shape and gave her all needed boosters. Vets are lovely. Reception staff need some basic training in customer service. Happy to discuss this further. Read Less
