We have been with Fernside for a number of years and have found everyone to be helpful and caring. I was looking to find someone to care for my two cats while we were on holiday for 9 days. I rang Fernside to ask if they could recommend someone and to my delight Helen , one of the receptionists actually does cat and dog sitting. My cats were extremely well looked after and Helen even sent me pictures and texts to tell me how they were. If anyone needs their cat or dog looked after with visits in their own home then Helen is your lady.

We have a mini zoo in our house and all of them are looked after by the friendly vets and staff. I have been with them for I believe 20 years or so. Cannot fault them.

When we moved from South London we never thought we would a vet to look after our 2 cats as well as before. We were so wrong. These people are kind, caring and competent ( excuse the alliteration!). ...
When we moved from South London we never thought we would a vet to look after our 2 cats as well as before. We were so wrong. These people are kind, caring and competent ( excuse the alliteration!). We feel so comfortable (another"c") with them. Can not recommend them and their personal touch too highly.

The best and the most amazing vet clinic you will ever find. These guys care, they are there because they love animals and their devotion is second to none. I speak as a long term client ( over 10 years) while they took care of my own pets as well as stray I asked them to help me with. They became my friends, everybody at the practise, and I hope to remain in the area so I can always have them near by.

We have been using Fernside for over ten years and would not want to take our pets anywhere else.
We lost one of our dogs last year and the amount of love they had shown her during her lifetime exten...
We have been using Fernside for over ten years and would not want to take our pets anywhere else.
We lost one of our dogs last year and the amount of love they had shown her during her lifetime extended to the way in which they dealt with her during the difficult time and the aftercare following that was second to none.
We have another dog who is under their care and they are absolutely brilliant. They know us and our dog very well as do they know their other patients.
They have always gone above and beyond what we would expect from them to ensure we are comfortable and understand what is happening with our dog.
We have never felt rushed and they have always fitted us in when we felt urgent care was needed.

I speak as a long term client ( over 10 years) while they took care of my own pets as well as stray I asked them to help me with.
