First came here out of hours in December 2015 when my cat dislocated his hip and had subsequent visits within normal hours. Barnfield House have always been so flexible and accommodating to us, fitting us in with very little notice at times. They are very kind to the animals and owners, and even did their best to help diagnose a problem with my hamster. Would definitely recommend taking your pet for treatment here

We have been taking our dogs to Barnfield House for over thirty years now. They have shared all our highs and lows looking after them with the best possible care. When we needed specialist treatment they recommended the best and supplied excellent aftercare. When we needed end of days care we were treated with sympathy and respect. They are looking after our arthritic dog now as she has daily medication which has to be monitored with blood tests. I would not go anywhere else for my dogs treatment and would always recommend the staff at Barnfield House.

I am very satisfied with the first class service offered by both branches of Barnfield House Veterinary Clinic. I have been taking my cats there since 1994. and travel 8 miles to do so. The vets are caring, efficient and treat pets with respect. Their fees are very reasonable and a wealth of information regarding pet care is provided. They are also very realistic with regard to the outcome of treatments and do NOT put fees above the interest of the animals. The fact that I have been travelling this distance, passing many vets on the way, since 1994 demonstrates that I trust the vets implicitly and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have been taking my companion animals to Barnfield for over 20 years. I have been touched by the care and compassion that has been shown by all the staff. An additional benefit is that there is an advisory service available - and human clients are encouraged to work with the team in the care of their companion. For example, one of my cats had kidney disease and I was put in touch with on-line learning opportunities. Also follow-up checks made after illness/injury are often free of charge. One of my cats needed to be referred for specialist care and the liaision between the specialist and Barnfield was excellent. I thoroughly recommended this practice.

Barnfield House have always been so flexible and accommodating to us, fitting us in with very little notice at times. They are very kind to the animals and owners, and even did their best to help diagnose a problem with my hamster. Would definitely recommend taking your pet for treatment here
