Would highly recommend this vet practice, very compassionate towards my pet rat, they were able to fit us in both times we visited in short notice. Very grateful to all the staff for this as it avoided further distress for my rat.

Called in urgently 1st thing with a poorly dog ‘Fleetwood’, my daughters dog who visited for the day on Thursday 6th Jan. Fleetwood was vomiting foam with blood specks and very listless… at 7 months ...
Called in urgently 1st thing with a poorly dog ‘Fleetwood’, my daughters dog who visited for the day on Thursday 6th Jan. Fleetwood was vomiting foam with blood specks and very listless… at 7 months old we had a cause for concern! He hadn’t eaten since the morning before or drank anything… sucking on ice cube even!
Although A Poole informed us they were not taking any new patients they were incredibly helpful and immediately diagnosed a gastrointestinal bug. Having used A Poole as a vet for the past 16 years with my dog, I always rated them very highly and wound not hesitate in using them again with future animals. The vet Gillian (Head I assumed) was brilliant, efficient and extremely helpful. I’m pleased to say Fleetwood is well on the road to recovery following an injection and antibiotics… so express my sincere thanks and gratitude.

My dog Eddie needed emergency care after some eye trauma. Excellent staff. Fitted us in even though we weren't regular patients there and they were busy. Poor dog manner, my dog is so scared of the vet he wet himself which he has never done before. Alistair needs to have a kinder manner when dealing with scared dogs. No compassion won't visit again

Fleetwood was vomiting foam with blood specks and very listless… at 7 months old we had a cause for concern! He hadn’t eaten since the morning before or drank anything… sucking on ice cube even!
Although A Poole informed us they were not taking any new patients they were incredibly helpful and immediately diagnosed a gastrointestinal bug. Having used A Poole as a vet for the past 16 years with my dog, I always rated them very highly and wound not hesitate in using them again with future animals.
