This review is for their Maidenhead branch which I cannot find here. My baby would have been 8 years old today. At the age of 7 back in March this dreadful team of vets basically let him die. Rushed him in hyper salivating, not eating. They pumped him full of drugs and waited 4 days until they realised he had an obstruction. Refused to do a full scan on him. By the time he was operated on he was so weak and he passed away soon after. If they had acted with speed he may very well have been alive today. I will never forgive these people for their utter neglect. Avoid. Read Less

Absolutely brilliant service and care for our 3 month old puppy who got toxic poisoning which seemed to trigger pancreatis and inflammed her liver. She became seriously ill very quickly and even though she wasn't registered with hall place, (I am with my rabbit though and my cat was too) they squeezed her in as an emergency appointment straight away. The vet we saw was friendly and caring with her and fully checked her over and explained exactly what was going to happen next. She was reassuring and kept us up to date throughout the day. Everyone was lovely and very friendly which was nice when we were so worried and stressed. Would recommend Hall place vets to everyone for the best animal care around! Read Less

I have used Hall Place for many years and have always experienced fantastic service from the very helpful Stuart and Laura. Just recently however, I was reminded of what an amazing practice they really are. After some months of being unwell, we had to have my beautiful dog Barley, put to sleep. Making the decision was dreadful, but fortunately for us and for Barley, the wonderful Lizzie was our vet. She had been warm and genuinely caring throughout Barley's illness, offering advice and being on hand when we were particularly worried. Lizzie was also the vet who came to put Barley to sleep and did so with incredible compassion and kindness. I can't thank you enough Lizzie for everything you did for us and for Barley. You truly are a brilliant vet, a lovely person and an absolute asset to Hall Place. Read Less

Thank you to Jess and Becca for being so gentle, caring and understanding today when they helped my aged puss cat, Billy on his way to kitty heaven. I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful ending - he went to sleep in the sun dappled shade in the garden he ruled for 17+ years. Thanks especially to Laura, but also Ed & Emma for all they did to give me a little more time with him, and to the lovely ladies on reception at Hall Place for fitting me in at short notice time and again.
