Fantastic understanding of fear reactive dogs. I could not recommend enough. They provided a quite space away from the waiting room, allowed for all the time needed with a very calm and professional approach, understood the reassurance it gave Dexter by allowing me to stay to handle him and also adjusted their order of procedures to ensure his visit remained as stress free as possible. What could have potentially been a rather stressful time, was made quite the opposite. They also done a good job at reassuring me ;). His recovery is going super. Thank you again! Read Less

We were met by Tim who very kindly and calmly admitted Onion to inpatients. Tim offered lots of support advice and reassurance. Onion had a 3 night stay including complex surgery.
