Brought my 3 year old dog in who had a fever and arched back difficulty moving and was not himself told he had full anal glands despite me saying it had to be something worse, given no pain relief and...
Brought my 3 year old dog in who had a fever and arched back difficulty moving and was not himself told he had full anal glands despite me saying it had to be something worse, given no pain relief and just antibiotics for an infection.
2 days later brought him back as he had gotten worse was told he had a slipped disc despite having the xray not show this 2 days before
Told to take him home and rest for 2 weeks no pain relief nothing.
1 days late he was paralysed from the waist down took him to a different vet who immediatley reffered him to a specialist .
Took him straight there and they diagnosed menengitis in his spinal cord causing the discs to seperate in his back he was there two days and was completley paralysed and his respiratory system failing and on that day which was christmas eve we had to put our beloved pet down because temple end vets misdoagnosed his condition twice and he was sufferring because they gave him nothing for the pain or anything.
Would not reccommend them at all

It was Boxing Day Daisy has sedation and stitches and is feeling very sorry for herself but making a good recovery. Could not recommend this Vets more highly. So grateful.

Fantastic understanding of fear reactive dogs. I could not recommend enough. They provided a quite space away from the waiting room, allowed for all the time needed with a very calm and professional approach, understood the reassurance it gave Dexter by allowing me to stay to handle him and also adjusted their order of procedures to ensure his visit remained as stress free as possible. What could have potentially been a rather stressful time, was made quite the opposite. They also done a good job at reassuring me ;). His recovery is going super. Thank you again!

Our little Cocker Spaniel Onion had an accident during her walk on Monday evenint, we rang up Temple End Vets (not our usual vets) who fitted her in immediately. We were met by Tim who very kindly and calmly admitted Onion to inpatients. Tim offered lots of support advice and reassurance. Onion had a 3 night stay including complex surgery. Temple End staff kept us in the loop, the surgeons rang to advise of the procedure and the team kept us in touch with how Onion was. I collected Onion this morning and the care she has received is outstanding, the handover was extremely thorough and she clearly had those nurses wrapped around her little paws! The nurses have clearly loved her to bits. Hayley thank you for your kind and caring nature, one very happy owner during a stressful time. One very lucky Onion. x

Peter Thomas goes above & beyond to make my dogs feel calm when they come in for their appointments and understands that they are not just dogs but family to me! Disappointed with their business-like approach at a distressful time for my friend, demanding the money in advance for an appointment for a dying suffering dog and then showing up almost an hour late for the home euthanasia. Despite the vet being very kind when he arrived, the money grabbing behaviour displayed a distinct lack of sympathy and sensitivity. I have now Registered my dog with another practice. Historically they have had an excellent reputation, however latterly, sadly this has dwindled.

Use the Flackwell Heath branch and wouldn't go anywhere else now - have lost 2 cats through old age this year and the way the staff looked after them (and me as a blubbering wreck) until the end was something I won't forget. Our little Cocker Spaniel Onion had an accident during her walk on Monday evenint, we rang up Temple End Vets (not our usual vets) who fitted her in immediately. We were met by Tim who very kindly and calmly admitted Onion to inpatients. Tim offered lots of support advice and reassurance. Onion had a 3 night stay including complex surgery. I have used Temple End Vets for several years and could not be happier with the service I receive from all members of staff. Peter Thomas goes above & beyond to make my dogs feel calm when they come in for their appointments and understands that they are not just dogs but family to me! I would highly recommend Temple End to anyone and would never use any other vets!

Cant speak highly enough of all the lovely staff at Temple End. Always offer good advice, very flexible with emergency appointments. I have a very timid cat who freaks out at everything but all the lovely vets, nurses and admin ladies make a fuss of her and calm her down. Wouldn't ever take any of my pets anywhere else.

Disappointed with their business-like approach at a distressful time for my friend, demanding the money in advance for an appointment for a dying suffering dog and then showing up almost an hour late for the home euthanasia. Despite the vet being very kind when he arrived, the money grabbing behaviour displayed a distinct lack of sympathy and sensitivity. I have now Registered my dog with another practice. Historically they have had an excellent reputation, however latterly, sadly this has dwindled.

Use the Flackwell Heath branch and wouldn't go anywhere else now - have lost 2 cats through old age this year and the way the staff looked after them (and me as a blubbering wreck) until the end was something I won't forget. We even received sympathy cards. Now have 2 lovely new kittens and can visit Temple End under happier circumstances. Amazing professional service
