My rabbit was seen to half hour late, to dogs and cats which were arriving after I arrived, I had turned up 5 minuets early. The rabbit ended up dying from the anaesthetic, or was it, considering the heat. Just because it was raining it was still hot and were were left hanging for too long, he had no water. I'll never believe the anaesthetic is to blame considering how late they were. They're always late at Baldock as well, I should have expected it.

We used this branch and the Baldock one and don't recommend either. We let our dog down by going here and now we have to live with our mistake. Not all vets are equal

Shocking service had used for many years but never again was told one price but charged nearly double when collecting and even though we rang several times after his treatment while he was coming roun...
Shocking service had used for many years but never again was told one price but charged nearly double when collecting and even though we rang several times after his treatment while he was coming round and we were never warned of the BIG price hike until my wife went to collect which what do you do they have your beloved pet held to ransom so your not going to not pay.... then told the follow up was included in the price then charged AGAIN. The owner David seems to be a money driven uncompromising individual who refuses to budge even when he's wrong they will never get any of my business again

My rabbit was seen to half hour late, to dogs and cats which were arriving after I arrived, I had turned up 5 minuets early. The rabbit ended up dying from the anaesthetic, or was it, considering the heat. Just because it was raining it was still hot and were were left hanging for too long, he had no water. I'll never believe the anaesthetic is to blame considering how late they were. They're always late at Baldock as well, I should have expected it.

Shocking service had used for many years but never again was told one price but charged nearly double when collecting and even though we rang several times after his treatment while he was coming round and we were never warned of the BIG price hike until my wife went to collect which what do you do they have your beloved pet held to ransom so your not going to not pay.... then told the follow up was included in the price then charged AGAIN. The owner David seems to be a money driven uncompromising individual who refuses to budge even when he's wrong they will never get any of my business again
