My rabbit was seen to half hour late, to dogs and cats which were arriving after I arrived, I had turned up 5 minuets early. The rabbit ended up dying from the anaesthetic, or was it, considering the heat. Just because it was raining it was still hot and were were left hanging for too long, he had no water. I'll never believe the anaesthetic is to blame considering how late they were. They're always late at Baldock as well, I should have expected it.

By far the best , not out to rob you blind like Village Vet. Kind, compassionate and has your animals best interests at the top of their list , unlike many who just see £££££. Royston vets has been serving Royston and the surrounding areas for decades , which alone is testament to the wonderful work they do . Highly recommended.

We used this branch and the Baldock one and don't recommend either. We let our dog down by going here and now we have to live with our mistake. Not all vets are equal

Fantastic vet. Great staff and show great passion towards pets and owners. Kind and caring and reliable. David is a fantastic veternerian and his team are great too. They have been in royston for many years and I would trust the staff to take care of my animals with my life. Best vet around. Really supportive.

I have nothing but praise for David and his staff at this practice. They clearly care about animals and their welfare. Highly recommend you try this practice before any others - you wont be disappoint...

Shocking service had used for many years but never again was told one price but charged nearly double when collecting and even though we rang several times after his treatment while he was coming roun...
Shocking service had used for many years but never again was told one price but charged nearly double when collecting and even though we rang several times after his treatment while he was coming round and we were never warned of the BIG price hike until my wife went to collect which what do you do they have your beloved pet held to ransom so your not going to not pay.... then told the follow up was included in the price then charged AGAIN. The owner David seems to be a money driven uncompromising individual who refuses to budge even when he's wrong they will never get any of my business again

Always friendly and knowledgeable. David is a fully committed vet of the "old school" who lives to help animals. Cheaper than many but caring and proffessional.
