I will always love the team at Marshalswick endlessly! They took care of my cat Ted like the prince he is right up until his final days. They never make you feel like a pain (and as a crazy cat mum I know I could be a pain). They’ve now taken care of multiple of my babies and I’ve never had a single issue! They’re understanding, friendly and go above and beyond on every level. I’d never dream of going anywhere else! Read Less

After so many experiences with different vets trying to find the right one, the most caring, professional and efficient service, I finally can say it is in deed the most caring and knowledgeable Vet I came across. James were so attentive to details even being quite late consultation he still take his time to check my dog and he was so right in his diagnostic! I am so please with the all service and I can not believe the Vet called me the next day to make sure everything was okay with my dog. I would strong recommend do not waste your time and money going to other Vets. If you care how well treat your pet will be look after this is the best service you can get. Amazing, I am so impressed! Took Henry my old rescue African Pygmy Hedgehog who wasn’t eating, nor drinking, losing weight and being sick to this vets. Decided to give this new practice a try following a most helpful talk with one of the practise Veterinary Nurses. James, the vet who we saw, was so professional but so caring. He ran tests and gave me the results while we were there. After thoroughly examining my little spiky friend James explained options for treatment and we decided upon antibiotics and meds to try to settle the tummy problem. He even took time to show me how to administer the meds at home. This may be a new practice but I cannot recommend them highly enough for their care, professionalism and knowledge. Henry seems to be on the mend now. Thank you all. Read Less

The staff at Marshalswick Vets are truly dedicated to all animals. When I found an injured baby hedgehog in my garden they treated him with as much care and compassion as if it had been a much loved pet. Not only did they operate to save his life but they 'trained' me up to do his follow up care. Two weeks on and the hedgehog is doing great. This is a wonderful practice and I'm thrilled they are just on my doorstep. Thank you guys, you've been brilliant. Read Less
