Very money oriented as soon as I brought my dog in they were getting me to ring up my insurance. And before they had received AN answer by the normal procedure of sending off a claim form were hasslin...
Very money oriented as soon as I brought my dog in they were getting me to ring up my insurance. And before they had received AN answer by the normal procedure of sending off a claim form were hassling them trying to get them to confirm. After his operation I had to go in for bandage changes which I'm happy to pay for but after 2 days of the 1st bandage change the specialist ask me to come back in to take if off as it was causing a sore which is perfectly fine, but they flipping charged me! And I had already paid for them to change it! There true colours came out when they asked me to come in to see how his leg was healing. Got there waited for about 7 mins went in the nurse looked at his leg felt it said there's no sign of infection sent me on my way, there was no one at the desk that saw me out WAS BILLED £20! I WAS IN THERE FOR 3 MINS! !
Milton Keynes and Hatfield vets 4 pets never charge for a check up to see how the animal was doing after a operation because it was not a concern or a consultation or an appointment I myself made. Who ever runs the Stevenage store is making up charges
And to top it off they sent me a letter to say if I don't pay them they will send the debt collectors. Disgraceful service. Avoid!!!

Excellent service, extremely professional! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you and your pet get all the help and advice you require. Booking an appointment is never a problem, and I have always been seen promptly at my appointment time. The waiting areas and consultation rooms are well presented and very clean, you can rest assured that your beloved pet really is in the best hands possible! Highly recommended!

The level of service we have received for all our cats and dogs has been outstanding. The team always have time for you no matter what the problem is and go the extra mile constantly. The most friendliest and dedicated staff you could ever ask for in a vet.
Recently we had our rabbit spayed, the wound was so neat and small.
The practice owner changed about 8 months ago now 30th September 2016, Susanne is the amazing owner along with a great team behind her.
Perfectly located for customers by car, public transport and walking. Being open 7 days a week makes it so convenient to make appointments.
We are 100% happy and satisfied with this vets and would recommend them to anyone, if you are looking for a vets to join or even thinking of changing vets then look no further.

The nurses and receptionists have been friendly and approachable.

The new vet Susanne is very caring and offers a good service to all her clients and their pets, my very nervous rescue cat was handled with care and compassion, and I was very happy with the service I received. The new fees are fair and competitive, I found all her staff very helpful and friendly, I would not hesitate recommending this practice to all my friends and family.
