1 start because none is not an option. For few last years I was very happy with the vets, I stayed with them even when I moved. Now it seems like they simply don't care. I went there recently with my dog for a simple procedure of nail clipping. All done and picked up my dog few hours later. She had reciting to the medicine they gave her and poor sweetie had a massively upset stomach as a result. I took her back in just so the nurse can take her some medicine without even checking up in her. When I allied them few hours later I was told they can’t see me and I should contact out of hours. This is an emergency and they telling me that they fully booked. And they can’t refer me to hospital because they can’t do that without seeing dog first and they can’t see her because, yes you guessed right, they fully booked. In case of emergency you should drop everything. It’s almost if doctor say, sorry mate, I can’t save your life now as I gave other appointments booked. This is what happen when vets start caring about their incomes more that animals. Very disappointed with them and after 4 years together will seriously consider searching for another vet!!!!
