I have been bringing my pets to this practice for over four years now and have only positive feedback to submit. The receptionists are always polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much for the girls. The animals receive lots of love and care and the medical treatment is always excellent. I attended an open day held at the practice and found the operating rooms to be well-equipped and spotless as were the kennels where animals recover, pampered in warm blankets. Pets are monitored regularly by the nurses to ensure the animals are doing well and fully recovered before being sent home. Despite living over 10 miles away, I choose to travel to Mimram Vets because I trust them implicitly and would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Read Less

I've been a client at Mimram since Steph opened in Welwyn even though I live in Barnet. I have always found all the reception staff helpful, sympathetic, professional, caring and smiley. Nothing is too much trouble for all the vets and nurses, their diagnosis has always been spot on and their unhurried attitude enables you to have complete confidence in them. To date Steph has treated 7 of my dogs and sadly, due to old age, 5 of them are no longer with us but I have to say when that time comes I wouldn't want to be anywhere else as the warmth, genuine support and comfort I have received from all the staff at Mimram is outstanding. We will never go there again. We rushed our cat that had been hit by a car to this vets. They dealt with him well but could not have made the insurance claim process any harder if they tried. They took weeks to sign the forms advising that 'the person that deals with these things is away for a while'. The manner of the front desk was aloof at best and at worst dismissive. The practice manager eventually interceded and was very strange about the insurance process and whether we should be covered. They had been paid by us straight away. We were claiming the cost against our insurers. Through their actions and delays meant we were not able to make a full claim. If you are paying without the aid of an insurance policy, I am sure they will suffice, if not, steer clear.Read Less

By far the most caring and accommodating vets I know! Always a happy greeting, and are so helpful with caring for all our animals! They had Ruben and Delilah since they were puppies, Delilah is turning 16 in 1 week, And when Ruben passed away last year they were so considerate and lovely. Our other dogs love going there also!
