Shouldn't call themselves a vet practice as they obviously have no care for the welfare of animals just the money they can make. Absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated by this practice.

Manager is a joke. Rings me up 6 months after the fact to charge me another £30 on top of the £50 I already paid for my dogs bad toe. In the middle of December, in the middle of a pandemic. For my dogs bad toe that they failed to identify the other 3 or so times I’ve been before and is surprised when I hang up the phone. Now I didn’t need to say F off but I thought I’d hung up the phone. Called me back to say the dog is no longer welcome after I’ve not received any contact about my healthy pet club I’ve been paying into for 9 months without receiving any services. To then accept my apology and go into a contest about who’s working in the worst environment when I’m a cleaner and then hangs up. I’ll be getting my next vaccination then leaving for greener pastures. Childish and incompetent Read Less

Dont trust this company with your pets. Mr Miller hurt one of my pups, the pup had a bad foot, Mr Miller squeezes the pups foot, the pup cried, 5 mins later his did it again and said the foot is still bad, yeh really, after 5 mins you expect the foot will be better, you idiot. Then the head vet from America used to talk about your dog needs this or that and if you dont like use do that your dog could be dead, she did that on me and many other pet owners; and nearly 4 years ago one of my dogs was pregnant and the day for pushing the pups out, this time she was pushing and nothing about, so I phoned the vets, but the only vets that were working was the dodgy head vet Deborah Collings and John Miller, I did not trust them, so I had to wait for the other vet who actually cared for pets, Bethan; At 5pm I got a call from Bethan the vet, we talked and thought it would be good to bring Lucy in and check her and maybe give her an injection to help her to birth the puppies, so I took she in at 5:30pm, Bethan tried to get the puppy out but Lucy could not push anymore, so Bethan tried again and then said the only way is a C-section, so I had to agree for Lucy’s sake and leave her in Bethan’s care. I phone up after 6:30pm to find out what was going on because I thought I would be bringing Lucy and puppies home at 7pm, I was told by the nurse that Lucy was still on the operating table and someone would call me when there was news. I was called back about 20 minutes later, and was told I had 7 puppies, I asked if I could come and get them now and was told not yet as Lucy was still on the operating table, then the nurse, not the vet said the vet had asked if I would agree to have Lucy neutered, I said no, I was not planning to do that for another two years, the woman then said, if you don’t get her neutered and she gets pregnant again that pregnancy may kill her because of the C-section, obviously I could not risk that happening, so I agreed to have Lucy neutered. My friend Colin, was with me during this time and heard everything, as phone was on speaker. When I went to pick Lucy and the 7 puppies up, I was told by the vet there was only 4 puppies, 3 had died, Bethan then went on to explain that she thought neutering was wise as a further pregnancy could lead to another C-section. COULD. Now Miller and Swann are lying about the reason for the neutered and of course I did not recorded the talk with the nurse or with the vet, I wanted to hurt Miller and Swann to make them not use that sort of talking and trying to get owners to agree to have dodgy treatment so the vets have more money Read Less
