We moved down to Inverness a few months ago, and Crown was recommended by our previous vet. Sadly, since moving, our 11 month old cat started having seizures/fits. Sara has been amazing with her and very reassuring to us, as it's been frightening for us to see the wee one go through that. Sara has gone above and beyond, even phoning us after her shift ended to check how Ash was doing, and calling us with suggestions of how we could try to reduce the stress of travelling to the practice for appointments, as that also sets the fits off. We had a minor issue with medication which was very quickly resolved as soon as I pointed it out, and again Sara followed up with a phone call later on to check up on Ash. All the staff we have met have also been lovely - friendly and smiley, and we would definitely recommend Crown Vets (and especially Sara) to anyone.Read Less
