I can't thank the team at the Tain branch enough for their help in the last 2 weeks. Sadly my baby boy Chester was found at the side of the road after being hit by a car. I took Chester in for them to take care of him being cremated. From the beginning to the very end they were so considerate and caring (even with some of my strange requests). I now have my baby back at home with me. I know my other 2 cats and puppy are in safe hands with all of you. Thank you all again, you made this heartache that little bit easier to handle.

I'm on vacation in Scotland (from Germany) with my beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Lilly, who has been having heart problems for a few years, but was doing ok when suddenly she took a turn for the worse and visibly suffered greatly. Thank you so much, Tom and staff at Easter Ross for providing me with professional and caring support when I had to make the heart-breaking decision to let her go. Thank you so much for allowing me to think things through, for explaining my options, for never rushing me, for giving me time to say good bye and for letting me be by her side when she crossed over. Your kindness in this dark hour will never be forgotten!!!

Having moved to the area from England with our 4 pets, all of the staff have made us feel very welcome and in safe and kind hands. Sadly we have just had to say goodbye to one of our beloved family members and the compassion and kindness shown by Paco made a heart breaking moment less painful and for that, we cannot thank you enough. I run Inverness Beagle Walks and i would like to thank every one at Easter Ross Vets both staff and customers. On Wednesday a beagle went missing up Fyrish whilst on holiday. On Thursday I spent the day in the car park asking everyone to keep an eye out and I was amazed how many people knew about him because they had seen the poster on Easter Ross Vets Facebook page and had come up just to look for him. You are an amazing community thank you so much. I am delighted to say he was found at 6.30pm last night.

A big thank you to Paco and his team for being there for me and Clover my Beagle yesterday. Clover had two fits, never had one before and it was so frightening, I panicked but when I rang Easter Ross vets the lovely ladies there calmed me down and got me in with Clover to see Paco who as usual was his calm and professional self. Clover is now on medication and hopefully will lead a normal life. If it happens again I am now more prepared thanks to everyone at Easter Ross.

My 12 year old spaniel Fern was recently very poorly, I phoned the vets in the morning and she was seen the same day. Vet El was fantastic with her and us- needless to say we were very upset to learn Fern had a "doggy stroke". We've also always had brilliant service with the other vets at Easter Ross when seeing our other dogs Bruno and Lola, definitely 5 star

Took our 11 year old spaniel Poppy down to Easter Ross Vets, with a fish hook stuck in her mouth, they were brilliant! :-) She had it quite deeply embedded, as she kept trying to eat it. I phoned at 8.30am and was seen just after 9am. Lucy and Mandy were great. Poppy had to be sedated, and I picked her up in the late afternoon, all recovered. She was micro chipped at the same time. Thank you so much to everyone at Easter Ross Vets, for your prompt, helpful and caring treatment of Poppy. Much appreciated. Great Vets. :-)

I can't thank the team at the Tain branch enough for their help in the last 2 weeks. Sadly my baby boy Chester was found at the side of the road after being hit by a car.
