The most amazing Vets ever! Nothing is ever a bother, everyone who works there truly care for every pet and human. Adele Trot who is my dogs vet saved his life and the nurses too! Unfortunately not happy with the service. I’ve been with my cat on Beginning of the week for microchip and be neutered. Left my cat with is vacine book. In the afternoon after collect my cat, notice that the book is missing and is nails not been cut. Back in middle of the week for check up, and the book is still missing. Back on end of the week, book is still missing and they give me the information that next week I will receive a report with all microchip Details.... I’m still waiting since beginning of October. Adele, Peter, Jurai, Robin, Roxy, Polly, Amanda & the entire team are absolutely amazing. Everyone in this practise genuinely cares about the health and welfare of every fur baby under their care. We would be lost without the fantastic, professional and compassionate veterinary care afforded to our furry family and I could not recommend the entire team highly enough. I am so grateful that they are always there to afford the best care possible whenever it is needed.

My family and I have been using Allan Rushton-Taylor Vets for many years now, my mum was a child when she first began using their service. We have never made any type of complaint due to the service and compassion which we have been shown by each of the vets who have treated our animals - at both the St Mary's and St Clement's branches. Today, I had to take two of my pets to be put to sleep at the St Clement's branch. The vet who saw us (i don't know her name) was lovely and showed such compassion towards me and my pets. She allowed me time to say goodbye, never rushed me and even allowed me to wait in the car as I was extremely upset where she would bring my pets out to me cuddled up in their special scarf - after taking ink paw prints for me too. I was extremely upset and on my way out, i got called over by the secretary who demanded to know if i had paid my fee. It was a really emotional time for me; obviously I was going to pay it, I even brought my purse into the surgery with me. I completely understand that Vet's fee's need to be paid but for someone to demand 16 from me literally two seconds after I had said goodbye to my pets for the last time showed a complete lack of compassion and created further distress for me. I don't believe that someone with such mannerisms should work as a secretary where they may have to deal with pet owners who have had to make such difficult decisions about their own pets; i understand that it may be her job to collect payments from pet owners, however, i hope that someone can teach her some compassion as that one negative experience has really ruined the experience i had when saying goodbye to my pets.

My family and I have been using Allan Rushton-Taylor Vets for many years now, my mum was a child when she first began using their service. We have never made any type of complaint due to the service and compassion which we have been shown by each of the vets who have treated our animals - at both the St Mary's and St Clement's branches.
