The staff at Eureka are there to look after your pets and you and will provide the highest level of care for your pets as well as excellent personal customer service for you. One of their principles is to always do what they say – if they promise to call, they will.
You will get written, tailored treatment plans designed specifically for you and your pet’s needs. They will provide estimates for all recommended procedures but will always discuss alternative options wherever necessary.
The main vet at Eureka is Karolina who was previously an intern in a top American veterinary hospital. Her days off will usually be covered by Andrew or Sylvester from the Wigmore branch. Ellie, an extremely experienced nurse, manages the branch and knows Eureka clients very well. On Ellie’s days off Sophie comes down from the Wigmore branch to take the reins.
Services offered include: free convenient parking, 24 hour service, x-rays, dentistry, surgery and lab on site, pet health and food products and much more. Consultations are by appointment.

After calling for a very last minute appointment near to the closing time, my dog was seen within the hour. All staff were professional, knowledgable and so kind from the moment we entered to the moment we left. A really impressive and brilliant team of individuals and I’m extremely grateful for the care we received from them all.
