I have been at Senlac's vet for a few years now with my first rescue Papillon cross, with absolutely no problems at all. I changed from a chain of practices to Senlac who came highly recommended by local dog walkers in my area.
However, yesterday with my new Papillon puppy, I saw Charlotte the vet and I have to say in all my years, 20, of dog ownership she had the best 'bed-side manner' and thoroughness I have come across to-date. Thank you Charlotte and Senlac.

Reluctantly changed vet due to him retiring & came to Senlac Vets on recommendation. We have seen Tim Geoff & Lukas. Im not in the habit of leaving reviews but I wanted to express my gratitude how they have helped with their caring attitude towards the feline fur balls. Felt supported by all of them have no concerns seeing any of these 3 vets (not been treated by the others so unable to comment). Does not have that corporate hard sell has a family feel always welcoming & spare time despite their workload. Also big thanks to Daisy who answered the phone this moring and spent a long time explaining different worming/flea treatment. The feline furballs are in good hands. Thank you all staff at Senlac.

We have used Senlac Veterinary practice for over 10 years now and hold them all in the highest regard. Over the last 38 years we have owned, bred and shown an extremely vulnerable breed the Sussex Spaniel. Senlac have always been extremely supportive of our dogs and personal requirements. Their standards and equipment are of the highest degree and they have considerable compassion not only for their patients but their owners also. We have used several practices in the past but none have come near to the level of Senlac. A very big thank you to all the vets, the wonderful nurses and supporting staff.

They are the best vets in the area and take time to understand the owner's problems associated with looking after a poorly animal. My little Ralphie, cavalier king charles spaniel, has a serious heart condition and without the vets knowledge and kindness, he would not have made the grand age of eleven and a half. Having used various vets in the past, I would not use anyone else. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice, to those who are looking for excellent care for their animal.

Bless their socks! I found an elderly dog loose along The Ridge. After visiting a half-dozen homes seeking info on the dog, I chose to visit the nearest Vet in hope that the dog was chipped. Failing that I was resolved to taking the quite large animal to home, providing safe-harbour until I could find a suitable home. The staff at Senlac were lovely. After scanning a chip was located in the dog's withers. Sadly though, there was no up-to-date contact details - a caveat to all pet owners to keep your details current. The Vet told me they'd be pleased to provide overnight care for the dog in hopes someone contacted. And we placed a 'round-robin' notice on local community facebook pages. Thankfully, the following morning dog and owner were reunited. It had no collar and virtually no details. The vet asked me if the dog responded to any names I'd called it. All I could say is as long as The dog and I had been together it seemed to respond hearing me say "damn it!" I just wonder how many times the poor animal had heard "Come here, damn it!" during the period of its' adventure. Excellent, caring vets showing a strong commitment to their profession and our community. Thank You!

Geoff, Lukas, Adrian & Sophie and the reception team were excellent and so caring during a very traumatic time with our little husky .... we moved there after an awful time at Coopers and have now moved all pets there. They are busy and not taking on more pets which I take not as a negative but as a consciences decision to not overload the practice.

I can't speak highly enough of this practice. My terrier was treated there throughout her 14 years and full care and consideration was given by all staff members that we encountered during that time. We have used Senlac for all three of our rescue dogs for the last 8 to 10 years. We have seen nearly all the staff in that time. We feel we have simply had the best knowledge, advice, care an compassion anyone could wish for. Yesterday I saw a new vet to me an she seemed so young but gave a great deal of time, professional knowledge an feedback to me. It felt very generous an delivered with kindness. Our dog seemed really calm under her eagle eye an it felt like a thorough examination. Left feeling reasured an back in control of situation. Many thanks again to all the team

I have been at Senlac's vet for a few years now with my first rescue Papillon cross, with absolutely no problems at all. I changed from a chain of practices to Senlac who came highly recommended by local dog walkers in my area.

They are the best vets in the area and take time to understand the owner's problems associated with looking after a poorly animal. My little Ralphie, cavalier king charles spaniel, has a serious heart condition and without the vets knowledge and kindness, he would not have made the grand age of eleven and a half.
