Our beautiful dog Flynn went to Doggie Heaven yesterday morning. From the initial telephone conversation the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional reassuring, no task too great. Yesterday the Vet and Nurse were mindful when meeting us of the importance of the families last moments with Flynn no sense of feeling rushed, they conveyed respect towards us and of course towsrds our beautiful 'Flynn' who we have had for 16 years. Their gentle approach was touching and we felt comforted knowing that they would deliver their commitment to us too care for Flynn. So thank you from

Our dear dog Toby had to be put to sleep tonight after a short, sudden illness. Andre who had ordered the scan after the initial check by another lovely vet, Veronica, had to do the deed but could not have been more caring, or more professional and Toby had the gentlest of passings. This practice really does care about the animals it deals with - my husband and I got hugs from so many of the lovely staff, some of whom were in tears. Highly recommended practice. A further recommendation would be from Toby himself - he always loved attending the vets, because he always got attention - and treats.

Inexperienced vet underestimated the severity of my dogs heart condition leading him to seriously deteriorate. We have moved vets and he is now receiving the proper care and treatment and making a slow recovery not aided by the setback caused by Claremont. I had my reservations seeing the dirty consultation rooms, and seeing a different vet on every occasion, and should have moved then. On making a complaint I was told the vet had only recently graduated, not an excuse, inexperienced vets must be overseen by someone who knows what they are doing. Very disappointed. Looking to take this complaint further.

I took a guinea pig to these vets to have him neutered and found out he was a she! And I took another guinea pig going blind at a young age and was advised there could be an underlying problem which I needed to keep a look out for. So far two years later and the guinea pig is doing well, but I appreciated being given all the facts. I found the vets really nice to deal with.

The care and professionalism is absolutely second to none. Before moving here we lived in Kent, the Midlands and Manchester so we have a fairly broad base upon which to judge. Claremont is first rate.

Andre who had ordered the scan after the initial check by another lovely vet, Veronica, had to do the deed but could not have been more caring, or more professional and Toby had the gentlest of passings. This practice really does care about the animals it deals with - my husband and I got hugs from so many of the lovely staff, some of whom were in tears. Highly recommended practice. Inexperienced vet underestimated the severity of my dogs heart condition leading him to seriously deteriorate. We have moved vets and he is now receiving the proper care and treatment and making a slow recovery not aided by the setback caused by Claremont. I had my reservations seeing the dirty consultation rooms, and seeing a different vet on every occasion, and should have moved then. On making a complaint I was told the vet had only recently graduated, not an excuse, inexperienced vets must be overseen by someone who knows what they are doing. Very disappointed. Looking to take this complaint further.

I took a guinea pig to these vets to have him neutered and found out he was a she! And I took another guinea pig going blind at a young age and was advised there could be an underlying problem which I needed to keep a look out for. So far two years later and the guinea pig is doing well, but I appreciated being given all the facts. I found the vets really nice to deal with.
