Absolutely lovely people who work there. My lost cat was taken there and they looked after him so well. Cannot praise them highly enough. Very highly recommended. They were so kind and helpful.

They truly love and care for animals. They take a lot of time to assess your pet and educate you about how the best treat them.

I recently took my rabbit in for spaying when I took her back for post op her wound was very sore looking and raw and had not healed well at all I was informed that she had a allergic reaction to the dissolving stitches by a very kind vet at the practice she showed my how to clean the wound and apply the cream which for my rabbit was very stressful and caused both me and I'm sure the rabbit distress and soreness I asked for worst case scenario and was told they would need to open the wound back up and remove offending stitch material and use a different method to re-close it, luckily this was not the case as after two difficult weeks at home of cleaning and putting cream on and another post op check it has closed up and I was happy and vey relieved this was short lived however as 2 weeks later I get a invoice through charging me for the cream, when I phoned to query the poor receptionist bore the brunt of my frustration (sorry) I was phoned back by practice owner or performed the spay who didn't agree at all that they should waiver the cost of the cream as it was a extra not usually required in my opinion this is bad practice and the cost should have been covered by the practice the owner reluctantly said she would waive the charge but il be paying it holding my head high and taking my rabbits to Trinity vets in Maidstone as its well worth the drive for better pet care . The vets at laurels seem caring but the people behind the scenes only seem to care about the cash, Andy Orpington. Read Less
