This clinic and the hydrotherapy were absolutely wonderful. Their prices are reasonable and they care quite a bit about the pets. I brought my dog here for hydrotherapy for over a year, and when she had a small issue with a skin infection they were really great about getting it fixed. The staff are courteous and the vets are kind.

I was visiting the area and so even though I’m not registered with their practice everyone was exceptionally nice, caring and considerate to both me and doggy.
We got to them in the nick of time as they were about to close and they treated us after hours for which I am soooooo grateful!

I just wanted to praise all the fantastic team at Bourne Veterinary practice in bekesbourne for their impeccable service and care, we've been with them from the beginning and all of my pets over the years have had the very best of treatment. I can't recommend them highly enough and am dismayed at the (small amount of) negative reviews. They genuinely care about all their patients and do their very best which is all you need to know when you're worried about your animals. Well done everyone for such a brilliant practice, I take my hat to you all!! Kevin, Celia and Alan Howell, and Oliver the Siamese cat!

Clinically their service is excellent and their level of pastoral care cannot be faulted. They take the time to get to know you and your pet and are never in a rush to move onto the next client. Open at weekends and evenings. I highly recommend Bourne Vets.

Tried to make an appointment to have my parents elderly dog put to sleep as an emergency as their normal vets were closed. Receptionist said as we were not registered clients they would not see us. Very unhelpful and cold hearted. Ended up going to Lady Danes who were understanding, kind and compassionate. Very disappointed with lack of understanding from Bourne Vets in such a heartbreaking situation. Will not be recommending to any family or friends.

It is The Best vet practice! Would travel many miles to visit, luckily we are only half an hour away. As a professional dog trainer and handler I needed a vet that would listen and not try and sell us every unnecessary item or put our pets through unnecessary procedures and treatments.Our dogs have had a few surgical and emergency visits to Bourne vets and I can only praise Rob and his staff for the treatment given and the after-care. Switched to Bourne Vets not long after they opened - I believe 2006 - and never regretted the move. Bourne have looked after a total of 8 dogs (+11 puppies), 3 cats and 2 guinea pigs for us. The commitment and care of the vets and nursing staff is beyond question - we have always had service that is nothing short of excellent, good well thought out advice, and a sense of genuine interest in the animals they treat. Could not recommend more highly.

pets become members of the family so when they are poorly it is a traumatic time. Bourne not only give superior animal care but are also sensitive and understanding towards the owners. when i lost my Ginny Pig a few years ago i was devastated, but Rob made the awful situation that bit easier to bare. He arranged for my much loved rescue cat (who had she been human would have carried a sting bag and worn rollers and a blue rinse!) to be cremated (not something i have had done with any of my previous pets) and put no pressure on us to "do whats best" but rather helped us come to the very hard conclusion of having her put to sleep in a sensitive manner. when she was kept in i rang at least 4 times to check on her and was never once made to feel i was being a pest. I would not trust my current little lady to any other vets. i cannot praise this place (and the staff) enough. passion, dignity,care, compassion and commitment are all words that sum this practice up. i know my little one is safe in their hands.

Their opening hours are very flexible and mean that you can take your pet to the vets at the weekend when all the other vets are closed.
I have never had any problem with any of the staff - they are all friendly, kind and professional.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent with my daughter and I when we had to have rabbit put to sleep. Friendly staff, talked to my 6yr old daughter in a way she could understand on what was going to happen.

The guys at Bourne always give our pets the best care possible in a friendly manner. Would trust them entirely with anything to do with our cat and dog, from the vaccinations to operations.

It is The Best vet practice! Would travel many miles to visit, luckily we are only half an hour away. Friendly with infinite care and kindness at all times, and let's face it there are times when we have to say goodbye to our best beloveds and all at Bourne Vets make it the best experience possible at these very sad times, I still recall vividly the kindness Rob showed my lovely Jack and us, three years ago now! We needed to find a new vet after our long standing vet took semi retirement. As a professional dog trainer and handler I needed a vet that would listen and not try and sell us every unnecessary item or put our pets through unnecessary procedures and treatments.Our dogs have had a few surgical and emergency visits to Bourne vets and I can only praise Rob and his staff for the treatment given and the after-care. They are Vets that always have time to speak and talk to you on every visit. Well done Bourne Vets we at Olantigh Dog Training will, and have been recommending you to all our clients..

Switched to Bourne Vets not long after they opened - I believe 2006 - and never regretted the move. Bourne have looked after a total of 8 dogs (+11 puppies), 3 cats and 2 guinea pigs for us. The commitment and care of the vets and nursing staff is beyond question - we have always had service that is nothing short of excellent, good well thought out advice, and a sense of genuine interest in the animals they treat. Could not recommend more highly.

Bourne not only give superior animal care but are also sensitive and understanding towards the owners. when i lost my Ginny Pig a few years ago i was devastated, but Rob made the awful situation that bit easier to bare. He arranged for my much loved rescue cat (who had she been human would have carried a sting bag and worn rollers and a blue rinse!) to be cremated (not something i have had done with any of my previous pets) and put no pressure on us to "do whats best" but rather helped us come to the very hard conclusion of having her put to sleep in a sensitive manner. when she was kept in i rang at least 4 times to check on her and was never once made to feel i was being a pest. I would not trust my current little lady to any other vets. i cannot praise this place (and the staff) enough. passion, dignity,care, compassion and commitment are all words that sum this practice up. i know my little one is safe in their hands.

Their opening hours are very flexible and mean that you can take your pet to the vets at the weekend when all the other vets are closed.
I have never had any problem with any of the staff - they are all friendly, kind and professional.
I would thoroughly recommend them.
