i brought my shitzu in as he was having fits told me be in half a day for blood tests late afternoon after not hearing from them i called went to pick him up 45 minutes later he come out in a state bleeding from his paw after they cut his claws.said become destressed after tests but didnt ring to let me know.still waiting on resuits lack of communication poor treatment un caring staff. Have been using this vets for 2 years now, staff are always helpful no matter how busy they are. Prices are fantastic in comparison to any other local vets and i can honestly say the care my dogs have been given is excellent through several different appointments. Each of my visits over the last 18months have been stress free for both me and my two cats. I have found an the customer service from the front desk to vet/nurse to be equal & excellent, but what sets it apart is the more realistic cost to its clients and occasions that don't require the vet but the nurse instead. Thus reducing costs drastically. For example: My tom cat's anal glands needed seeing to. The nurse dealt with it and would have called for the vet if she felt there was something more serious. I have never had that difference in service with the high paying vetinerary surgeries - in excess of £30!! Disgrace!!!!! Took my dog in on Thursday as he been falling over alot but has also always had really bad ear trouble.. the vet didn't even look at his ear or did they do an examination fully!! Straight away they said they had to hospitilize him.. x ray bloods sedation ect!! Within 5 mins of seeing him before he went in he was OK other than falling over sometimes picked him up later that night 400 later and now in a far worse state since being in there to be told he needed a emergency mri scan costing 2000 to 4000 pound!!!! We was not bit thinking worst emotional state!! After talking to family ect we thought we would go for a second opinion as we was told this vets always miss digionoes animals.. went to other vets they are 80percent sure it's his ears as they are so badly infected it's making him loose ballance!!! What a joke poor dog went through all that when after all its ears!! After seeing the second vet yesterday he's now alot better and is on the mend avoid this vet all they want is ur money a complete joke after all his history there about his ears and they didn't even check that!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!! Had my kitten microchipped by this vet a year ago, wasn't happy with the service then so since registered elsewhere after. My cat has now gone missing, and after speaking to the microchip company they informed us that Easi Pet care never registered the microchip so had he been found it meant we wouldn't have been contacted. Since finding this out we then contacted this so called vets and weren't offered an explanation nor apology. Should this hinder my cats return I will absolutely be taking this further! SO WATCH OUT IF YOUVE HAD ANY TYPE OF TREATMENT AT THIS VETS, they've probably screwed it up like they did this, the simplest of things. Incompetent is an understatement. Read Less

Will never visit again,left my cat without medication for 6 days when she was suffering from diarrhoea and drinking loads of water,had to constantly chase them for test results as they never returned my call,after 6 days was told more investigation was needed meaning more money for them after already giving them 104 and still had no medication to ease her discomfort. Took her to the fantastic new vets 3 minutes up the road ,24 hours on she is virtually back to normal and only cost 41 and fantastic service. Absolutely Brilliant server can't fault them at all. Had all 9 puppies microchipped here and the vet was very polite and showed great care with them. Receptionists were very polite and we didn't wait to long at all. They allowed us to book them over 2 days and all the staff here are very helpful. Puppies loved the attention and we will definatly recommend this vets and use them in the future. Good quality price and excellent customer service. Read Less

Signed up to the 365 plan and been nothing but messed around. Having to keep going back down there as things weren't given when they should have been. Got home after the 2nd visit to get he right stuff to notice something still missing. Don't trust them at all now. Will be looking for another vets Read Less

I took my pet for his first jab. A couple hours later he was taken poorly. The same night we took him to another vet that said he was very poorly and had to put him on life support. He died few days later. This is the worst vets ever. Read Less

Moved to EPC after hopeless vet at CVS in the business park. Reasonable service but very, very, very, slow. No appointment system and generally wait between an hour and a half and two hours just to be seen. The staff seem in no hurry to do anything. Read Less
