I cd go to pdsa and get free treatment but wd rather go to animal house.where my pets trust them as do I...

DO NOT USE THIS VETS!
Absolutely disgusted with Animal house vets we had been with them 10 years....our poor dog Boycee had been seen by the vet 2 weeks prior to falling extremely ill whilst on holid...

Absolutely disgusted with Animal house vets we had been with them 10 years....our poor dog Boycee had been seen by the vet 2 weeks prior to falling extremely ill whilst on holiday in Cheshire....we called and said we were cutting holiday short and need to see vet urgently and were told that if we couldnt get there by 6.10pm we wouldnt be seen.....no information on out of hours......complained to practise manager and virtually called a liar stating they would have stayed until 8pm.
we went to Burnham house and had fantastic compassionate treatment as unfortunately we had to have him put to sleep 4 day later
DO NOT USE THIS VETS IF YOU WANT YOUR PET CARED FOR IN AN EMERGENY!!!!!!

Excellent vet practice who deal with all types of pet. They don't seem to have a high turnover of staff like some other practices so have more continuity of care for your pets.

My cat had to be put to sleep last week. I cannot say enough just how kind, caring & sensitive all the staff were from receptionist to vets. My son & I were so distressed, yet they made the effort to let us sit in a room out the back rather than wait in the crowded surgery. I have used this surgery before & I cannot fault them for their skill and care. I highly recommend letting them treat your much loved pet!

My cat had to be put to sleep last week. I cannot say enough just how kind, caring & sensitive all the staff were from receptionist to vets. My son & I were so distressed, yet they made the effort to let us sit in a room out the back rather than wait in the crowded surgery. I have used this surgery before & I cannot fault them for their skill and care. I highly recommend letting them treat your much loved pet!
