Amazing care taken with our 2 dogs Scruffy and Blitz... Such compassion with the way they handles our Blitz death..... Would recommend.

I did used to go to vet in sandwich but was upset with the care my lovely cat josh git after his face got infected .took him to animal house and was best thing I've ever done.the care my rescue pets receive is excellent.if I ring I am always able to have an appointment within a couple of days and with the vet I wd like.they understand I am on benefit. I cd go to pdsa and get free treatment but wd rather go to animal house.where my pets trust them as do I...

DO NOT USE THIS VETS!
Absolutely disgusted with Animal house vets we had been with them 10 years....our poor dog Boycee had been seen by the vet 2 weeks prior to falling extremely ill whilst on holid...
DO NOT USE THIS VETS!
Absolutely disgusted with Animal house vets we had been with them 10 years....our poor dog Boycee had been seen by the vet 2 weeks prior to falling extremely ill whilst on holiday in Cheshire....we called and said we were cutting holiday short and need to see vet urgently and were told that if we couldnt get there by 6.10pm we wouldnt be seen.....no information on out of hours......complained to practise manager and virtually called a liar stating they would have stayed until 8pm.
we went to Burnham house and had fantastic compassionate treatment as unfortunately we had to have him put to sleep 4 day later
DO NOT USE THIS VETS IF YOU WANT YOUR PET CARED FOR IN AN EMERGENY!!!!!!

Excellent vet practice who deal with all types of pet. They don't seem to have a high turnover of staff like some other practices so have more continuity of care for your pets.

I have to question the professionalism of this practice. The first vet misdiagnosed our dog's tumour (costing us hundreds of pounds on needless antibiotics and consultation fees) only for the second vet to diagnose the tumour and operate.

Wilma my little rescue dog from Spain was very poorly and Clare the Vet looked after her she needed to be hospitalised the staff were all very kind. She is back home playing with her brother none the worse for wear . Have used this Deal practice for many years and have always found them to be very good at what they do.

My cat had to be put to sleep last week. I cannot say enough just how kind, caring & sensitive all the staff were from receptionist to vets. My son & I were so distressed, yet they made the effort to let us sit in a room out the back rather than wait in the crowded surgery. I have used this surgery before & I cannot fault them for their skill and care. I highly recommend letting them treat your much loved pet!

Wilma my little rescue dog from Spain was very poorly and Clare the Vet looked after her she needed to be hospitalised the staff were all very kind. My cat had to be put to sleep last week. I cannot say enough just how kind, caring & sensitive all the staff were from receptionist to vets. My son & I were so distressed, yet they made the effort to let us sit in a room out the back rather than wait in the crowded surgery.
