Excellent all round service . very helpful / caring. never a problem to see your pet .open on Sundays / bank holidays but charges the same as a week day . Phoned them on a bank holiday they fitted us...
Excellent all round service . very helpful / caring. never a problem to see your pet .open on Sundays / bank holidays but charges the same as a week day . Phoned them on a bank holiday they fitted us in no problem. And charged us just over £30 . That would have cost a fortune anywhere else !

Honestly the best vet I have ever had. Carl is such a compassionate and caring man. Knowledgeable but always willing to listen to your own views. So shocked that a large chain like this have managed to bag themselves such great carers. He's also an expert on reptiles, which is a rarity!
Carl has healed many of my pets and he's given ones that were in a bad way a real fighting chance. Even when there's no hope left, he helps you make the decision with no pressure, and seems genuinely upset that he will have to end the journey. My 4 snakes, 2 geckos, 3 rats and hamster are in great hands here and would never use anyone else.

Carl is a very knowledgeable and compassionate vet. He has a very calm and reassuring demeanour. Makes pets and owners alike feel well looked after.

Visited today to have my guinea pigs nails clipped and the veterinary nurse was excellent. Very kind to my pet. No complaints. Will definitely use them again .

The vets at the Dover Whitfield store is outstanding, the service from everyone has been outstanding, from the girls on reception to the the vets, They seem to genuinely care, cannot recommend more, such lovely caring people. Big surprise from a national chain, but has a small practice caring mentality, even remembering our labs name.

Honestly the best vet I have ever had. Carl is such a compassionate and caring man. Knowledgeable but always willing to listen to your own views. So shocked that a large chain like this have managed to bag themselves such great carers. He's also an expert on reptiles, which is a rarity!
Carl has healed many of my pets and he's given ones that were in a bad way a real fighting chance.
