Amazing! Our puppy is 8 months old and required surgery to remove both his retained testicles. After asking around local vets for price comparisons, Abbeywell was by far the best! They were very caring, understanding, helpful and professional. My husband and I were kept in the loop the entire time. The surgery was a little more trickier than expected but again, we were kept in the loop by the lovely staff. The aftercare is also brilliant, they're at the end of the phone ready to answer questions and offer advice/appointments. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else with our pets now.. My 10 yr old cat recently became suddenly ill and we came to Abbeywell and the receptionists, nurses and the vet (Peter) done a fantastic job of taking care of him. It was touch and go for a while and you could tell that people were working constantly to keep him going, everyone kept us well informed and they knew who we were the whole time. Mike and his team are just the best! They provide expert vetinary care for my own cats and also the clients of Folkestone Cat Sitter if the need arises. Abbeywell do their own emergency calls and are always able to help at the drop of a hat. Charging is reasonable too! Read Less

I think i always took there politeness and good practise for granted, until we brought a new puppy, that suddenly became very very ill, they was by my side for 6 weeks getting my puppy stronger and healthier. Newly built, very smart, very friendly. It provides excellent facilities and a high standard of veterinary/nursing care by committed and friendly staff. All pets/owners made to feel welcome and its a place where pet health really does comes first. It's the first time my dog actually wagged his tail when going in to see a vet!
