Everyone at Anna House is so kind and friendly, from the lovely ladies at reception, to the nurses and to the vets themselves. They were so lovely with my beautiful Jess when she passed away, and so kind to me. And now I have a feisty kitten Jasmine, who they laugh and play with. I wish I could rate Anna House higher. The staff are lovely, caring and very friendly. Appointments are easy to come by. However, recently my puppy needed an operation. The quote was nearly 1000 more expensive than the price we actually paid at another local vet (who was very impressive, the quality of care for my puppy was not at all downgraded). It is a massive shame that I will no longer return there as I did like all the staff. But the quoted price was just ridiculous in all honesty. Read Less

We have been using Anna House for over 40 years which kind of speaks for itself! We have many animals which have been seen here and all the staff are lovely, too many to mention all individually, but special mention to Clare, Sofia, Tracy and Sue. You performed surgery on Lucy's eye on 7th July, if it hadn't been for your great veterinary skills she may of lost her sight, also you have diagnosed Lucy with osteoarthritis in her back legs. Just recently I have seen the new vet "Danut" with one of my early generation cats ( Kamili ) Danut has gone above and beyond himself to help Kamili and myself feel comfortable and tend to her needs, I am impressed to say the least. My puppy, Lola, had swallowed some stones from the garden rang Anna House and they saw her straight away. She had an operation that day as one stone was stuck in her intestine. 2 days later and you wouldn't have thought she'd had such a serious op. Thanks Anna House you saved Lola's life. I've had four dogs over the last ten years . All rescue , all with special care needs, the staff have been wonderful, always supportive all understanding even with my very nervous and big black Labrador who is not appreciative of any medical attention. My cat was biting her lower back and suffering while using her tray. I took to my original vet, but due to the fact the vet wasn't fluent in English it made it hard to discuss the situation. I rang Anna House and explained that I was eager to have bloods taken and an X-ray - They fit us in two days later. On arriving at the surgery I was greeted and met by vet surgeon Sofia. She was brilliant with our cat, has a natural way with her and I felt confident to leave her in her hands. The bloods were taken and the results back within hr, no X-ray was needed as we found she has an allergy to her food. Thankful to Sofia and her team, will be using Royal Canin for next 2 myths. Just registered and had first appointment for moo one of my 2 dogs. They really enjoyed their trip to the vets today lots of fuss and treats, the fact my dogs were relaxed and happy reassures me moo is in the best hands for her forth coming operation. Lovely staff here. Read Less

Elizabeth is the kindest, caring vet I have had the pleasure of meeting. She did everything she could for our cat Kitty. She always has the time to talk to owners and displays such patience. The staff were very understanding and helpful and compassionate when my mother and father in law had to have their 16 year old Maltese Poodle put to sleep. They even recieved a sympathy card in the post which made them feel like they were a lot more tan just another client. Read Less

completely different experience from the review below! I took my pet there for general check up and regular flee treatment and worming treatment. Was not at all over priced and assured me that my pet did not need flee treatment. I thought the staff were very nice and understanding as my pet was a rescue and very nervous, I liked the atmosphere and it was a very bright, clean and welcoming environment. Read Less
